Dominion Energy, the US utility and former operator of the Cove Point LNG export plant in Maryland, has agreed to terminate the planned sale of Questar Pipelines to the Warren Buffet company Berkshire Hathaway Energy.

TransCanada Corp., the Calgary-based builder of pipelines including to transport feed-gas for Canadian LNG projects, is re-filing its $13 billion transaction to buy Columbia Pipeline Group Inc. with the US Federal Trade Commission under the review process.
