Oil Search, the Papua New Guinea company listed in Australia and with a stake in the PNG LNG plant and expansion, has named the Chief Executive of Mubadala Petroleum of the United Arab Emirates to its board of directors as the UAE firm now owns almost 13 percent of its shares.
