Novatek, the owner and developer of two Russian Arctic region LNG export plants, has signed an accord to help Vietnam develop a second LNG import terminal and adjacent gas-fired power station in Ninh Thuan province south of Cam Ranh Bay.

French energy major Total said the Yamal LNG project in Arctic Russia inaugurated its third liquefaction Train in the presence of the Prime Minister of Russia, Dmitry Medvedev, who was also the former Chairman of Russian natural gas company Gazprom.
