March 4 (LNGJ) - European maritime and energy classification society DNV GL has appointed Ditlev Engel as the new Chief Executive of its energy business division, effective April 4, 2016. Engel will succeed acting energy division CEO Elisabeth Harstad and report to the Group President and CEO Remi Eriksen. Engel will be based at the DNV GL energy unit headquarters in Arnhem in the Netherlands and be a member of the executive committee for the whole DNV GL Group.
