Santos Ltd, the Australian operator of two liquefied natural gas export plants and a main shareholder in Papua New Guinea LNG assets, has signed a long-term supply deal with Hokkaido Gas Co., the Japanese utility.

The European Union Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) has been unable to publish initial spot LNG delivered cargo price assessments as not enough market participants handed over trading data.

Novatek, the Russian natural gas developer of the Arctic LNG II project, has concluded two initial liquefied natural gas supply accords with global commodities firm Glencore and with China’s Zhejiang Energy Gas Group.
