The prices of spot LNG cargoes declined by around 11 percent during the past week with December 2019 and January 2020 deliveries being quoted at $6.30 per million British thermal units for China and South Korea.
Singapore LNG spot cargo prices moved higher for fixtures to North Asia and for the month of September and were just short of the $5.00 per million British thermal units mark as Dubai-Kuwait-India market prices also rose.
Singapore LNG cargo indexes for March were in the solid US$9.90 per million British thermal units to US$10.337 per MMBtu range before declining in April for spot market cargoes as well as North East Asia and for Dubai-Kuwait-India shipments.
