Burckhardt Compression has secured multiple contracts to supply compressor systems for LNG terminal projects in Thailand and Taiwan. The order covers eight Laby compressors for boil-off gas handling and one unit for minimum send-out service.

Burckhardt Compression has delivered a turnkey, single-skid packages for LNG terminals in Nicaragua and the Bahamas. The unnamed customer required rapid deployment in a constrained terminal layout, solved by a third-party solution. The choice showcases that the Swiss manufacturer seeks to solve customer problems – not just selling compressors.

Burckhardt Compression, the Swiss manufacturer of compressor systems and a service provider for LNG and other markets, has continued its global expansion by agreeing to acquire the 40 percent of Chinese company Shenyang Yuanda Compressor it didn’t already own.
