Eni has secured about 2 million tonnes per annum (mtpa) of LNG from its South Hub and North Hub projects in Indonesia, supplied via the Bontang terminal in East Kalimantan. The additional supply will help Eni reach its target of more than 20 mtpa of contracted LNG supply by 2030.

June 23 (LNGJ) - The 155,000 cubic metres capacity “Tangguh Hiri” has just delivered a cargo from the Bontang export plant in the Indonesian province of East Kalimantan to the South Korean Kwangyang import terminal, operated by steel producer POSCO. The country’s four other regasification facilities at Incheon, Pyeongtaek, Samcheok and Tong-Yeong are operated by Korea Gas Corp. The 135,225 cubic metres “Golar Mazo” has also unloaded an Indonesian shipment from Bontang at the Yung-An import terminal in Taiwan.
