Baker Hughes-GE, the LNG equipment-maker and oil and gas services company created by the merger of General Electric with the US company famous for its rig counts, has sealed an agreement to sell its Natural Gas Solutions (NGS) business in two deals to separate firms.
Baker Hughes-GE, the LNG turbo-machinery provider and oil services company created in a merger six months ago by General Electric of the US, said in its fourth-quarter earnings that there was continued low demand for new LNG projects because of a lack of final investment decisions.
