CB&I, the US energy engineering company currently working on projects such as the liquefaction export plants on the US Gulf Coast, Cameron LNG and Freeport LNG, said that Patrick K. Mullen had formally assumed his roles as President and Chief Executive.

Chicago Bridge and Iron, the US energy and LNG engineering and construction company, said it was optimistic for substantial backlog growth from new projects in the US and the Middle East during 2017 after posting an operating loss in 2016.
