Argentine state-run energy company Integracion Energetica Argentina (IEASA), formerly known as Enarsa, has revealed the main winners of its latest LNG cargo tender with four companies chosen as the main suppliers.
ExxonMobil Corp. said it was launching a project to unlock Argentina’s shale gas in the Vaca Muerta formation of the Neuquen Basin that could lead to a staged development of about 300 horizontal wells with production of 11 million cubic metres per day.
