Australia LNG and energy company Santos, with stakes in three Asia-Pacific LNG plants, has alleviated concerns about its finances by making an early US$250 million repayment on a US$1.2 billion export credit agency loan ahead of schedule and changing the terms of other credit facilities.

Santos Ltd., Australia’s third-biggest oil and gas producer with stakes in three LNG projects, is bringing a new Chief Financial Officer into the company in the midst of a plunge in its shares that have lost more than 27 percent of their value in a month.
