Oct 9 (LNGJ) - Two LNG cargoes are scheduled to arrive this week at the UK port of Milford Haven. The Q-Flex vessel “Al Sahla” with 211,840 cubic metres capacity is due to discharge a Qatari cargo on October 10 at the South Hook terminal. The carrier “Pan Asia” with 174,000 cubic metres of capacity is scheduled to arrive on October 13 at the Dragon terminal at the Welsh port with a cargo from the Peruvian export plant at Pampa Melchorita.
Feb 18 (LNGJ) - The 211,840 Qatari Q-Max carrier “Al Sahla” is scheduled to deliver a cargo on February 25 to the UK South Hook import terminal at Milford Haven, the latest in a steady series of deliveries from countries like Qatar and the US during this month. The cargo was lifted on February 5 from the Ras Laffan plant in the Gulf.
The UK National Balancing Point wholesale natural gas price was still at an elevated level on February 18 at the equivalent of $24.45 per million British thermal units compared with $5.80 per MMBtu on the same day in 2021.
May 26 (LNG) – European natural gas prices have continued to decline with the UK National Balancing Point price last at the equivalent $1.15 per million British thermal units, while the Continental European benchmark, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility price, was at the equivalent of $1.50 per MMBtu. The final May cargo to arrive in the UK will be on May 31 when the 216,200 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Al Sahla” berths at the UK South Hook terminal in Milford Haven with a shipment from Qatar.
June 6 (LNG) - The 165,500 cubic metres capacity “Magellan Spirit” is scheduled to deliver a cargo on June 11 from the Gladstone LNG plant at Curtis Island in Queensland to the South Korean Pyeongtaek import terminal operated by Korea Gas Corp., according to shipping data. The 216,200 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Al Sahla” is scheduled to arrive on June 7 with a shipment from Qatar for the Dahej import facility in India, operated by Petronet LNG. The 160,000 cubic meters capacity “Asia Energy”, owned by Chevron Corp., is scheduled to arrive on June 16 at the Yung-An import terminal in Taiwan with a cargo from the Woodside-operated Western Australian export plant at Dampier. The 210,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex vessel “Al Nuaman” was traversing the eastern Mediterranean carrying a cargo destined for the Lithuanian import facility located in the Baltic port Klaipeda.
