Feb 16 (LNGJ) - The UK is scheduled to receive at least three LNG cargoes next week, two from the US and one from Qatar, as wholesale natural gas prices start to decline from elevated levels on the European market. The UK benchmark National Balancing Point price dropped to $23.15 per million British thermal units on February 16 from $26.10 per MMBtu the previous day.

The first cargo arrival next week will be on board the 174,130 cubic metres capacity vessel, the “Isabella”. The shipment is scheduled to be discharged on February 22 at the South Hook terminal at Milford Haven after being lifted on February 6 from the Sabine Pass plant in Louisiana, according to the port authority. A second cargo is due on the same day at the Dragon import facility and will be delivered from Freeport LNG in Texas on the 170,790 cubic metres capacity carrier “Maran Gas Amorgos”. The third shipment will be discharged on February 23 at the South Hook terminal from the 205,990 cubic metres capacity Qatari Q-Flex vessel, the “Al Khattiya”.
