June 4 (LNGJ) - The Qatari Q-Flex LNG vessel “Al Gharrafa” with 216,200 cubic metres of capacity is scheduled to berth on June 5 at the French Fos Cavaou LNG import terminal located west of the Mediterranean port of Marseille.
The shipment was loaded on May 3 at the Ras Laffan export plant in the Arabian Gulf and the carrier voyage was around the southern tip of Africa because of continued insecurity for shipping in the Red Sea and the Suez Canal. The delivery came as the French day-ahead Point d’Echange de Gaz (PEG) price in the virtual trading market was at the equivalent of $11.450 per million British thermal units.
May 30 (LNGJ) - The Netherlands and the UK are scheduled to receive LNG deliveries over the next couple of days as natural gas benchmark prices continue to tumble. The Dutch Title Transfer Facility price was last at the equivalent of $7.850 per million British thermal units while the UK National Balancing Point price was quoted at $6.835 per MMBtu.
The “Flex Constellation” with 173,400 cubic metres capacity is due to discharge a shipment on May 31 at the Dutch Eemshaven floating terminal. The cargo was lifted on May 18 from the Corpus Christi export plant in Texas, according to shipping data. The 216,200 cubic metres capacity Qatari Q-Flex vessel “Al Gharrafa” is scheduled to berth with a cargo on June 2 at the UK Dragon terminal at the port of Milford Haven. The volumes were lifted at Ras Laffan on May 14.
July 18 (LNGJ) - The 216,200 cubic metres capacity Qatari Q-Flex vessel “Al Gharrafa” is scheduled to discharge a cargo on July 24 at the South Hook LNG import terminal at Milford Haven in Wales, according to the port authorities.
The shipment was lifted on July 7 from the Ras Laffan plant in the Arabian Gulf. The cargo is heading for the UK as the National Balancing Point market price for LNG and wholesale natural gas was last at around the equivalent of $28.20 per million British thermal units.
International Seaways, a leading US tanker company providing vessels mostly for the crude oil and petroleum products markets, has ended its LNG presence by selling its stake in four Q-Flex LNG carriers held in a joint venture with Qatar Gas Transport Co.
May 26 (LNGJ) - The 216,200 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex vessel “Al Gharrafa” is scheduled to deliver a cargo on June 2 to the UK South Hook import terminal in Milford Haven in Wales, the port authority said. The delivery was fixed as the UK National Balancing Point benchmark natural gas price was last at the equivalent of $4.70 per million British thermal units, while one of the main continental European prices, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was quoted at around $4.82 per MMBtu.
