Jan 30 (LNG) - Two more cargoes are heading for the UK and Belgium including one from Qatar that was routed around South Africa’s Cape of Good Hope. The fully-laden Qatari Q-Flex carrier “Al Ghariya” with 205,940 cubic metres capacity is due to deliver a cargo on February 9 to the Zeebrugge terminal in Belgium, according to shipping data. The cargo was loaded on January 11 at the Ras Laffan plant in the Arabian Gulf.
The “Palu LNG” with 159,800 cubic metres capacity is scheduled to deliver a US cargo on February 3 to the UK South Hook import terminal at the Port of Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on January 17 from the Freeport plant in Texas.
March 1 (LNGJ) - Qatargas is this week shipping two LNG cargoes to the UK South Hook import terminal at the Welsh port of Milford Haven. The 266,000 cubic metres capacity Q-Max carrier “Umm Slal” is scheduled to discharge a cargo on March 6 and it will be followed a day later by the arrival of the 216,200 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex vessel “Al Ghariya”, according to port authorities.
Jan 15 (LNGJ) - The 210,100 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Al Ghariya” will deliver a cargo on January 19 to the UK South Hook import terminal at Milford Haven in Wales from Ras Laffan in Qatar, according to the port authority. The delivery was heading for the UK as the National Balancing Point benchmark natural gas price was at the equivalent of $7.40 per million British thermal units, while one of the main continental European prices, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was lower at around $7.27 per MMBtu.

March 31 (LNGJ) - The 210,100 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex vessel “Al Ghariya” is scheduled to unload a cargo on April 8 at the UK South Hook import terminal in Milford Haven in Wales, the second April shipment to the facility. The deliveries of LNG to Europe’s largest natural gas market come at a time when prices are under $5 per million British thermal units. The UK National Balancing Point price was last at the equivalent of $4.95 per MMBtu while one of the main continental European prices, the Dutch Title Transfer Facility (TTF), was quoted at around $4.65 per MMBtu.
Sept 20 (LNGJ) - The 145,700 cubic metres capacity carrier “Al Jassasiya”, operated by the Maran Gas-Nakilat venture, will deliver a Qatar shipment on September 21 to the Yung-An import terminal in Taiwan, according to shipping data. The 210,100 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Fraiha” will unload a shipment from Ras Laffan on September 27 at the South Korean Tong-Yeong import facility, operated by Korea Gas Corp. The 210,100 cubic metres capacity Q-Max vessel “Al Ghariya” will deliver a cargo on September 30 to the Himeji import terminal in Japan. The 160,000 cubic metres capacity carrier “Asia Energy” is due to unload an Australian cargo from Woodside on October 3 at the Japanese Tobata import terminal, operated by Kitakyushu LNG.
