Nov 13 (LNGJ) - Amec, the UK construction company that took over US LNG and energy engineer Forster Wheeler, has filed with the London Stock Exchange to change its name to Amec Foster Wheeler Plc. The company also formally announced that the full acquisition and all necessary share transactions have been completed for the takeover.
