Sino-Russian gas price agreement and implications for China’s LNG expansion

Sino-Russian energy cooperation during the last two decades has witnessed many ups and downs. The preparation process that started during the 1990s to build the groundwork for bilateral energy cooperation continued until the first half of the 2000s, but Sino-Russian oil and gas cooperation during this period produced very few concrete results.
