APLNG to sell cargoes, stake to China’s Sinopec

China Petrochemical Corp. (Sinopec) said it signed a heads of agreement with Australia Pacific LNG, a coal-seam-gas-to-LNG project being developed by ConocoPhillips and Origin Energy, to purchase 4.3 million tonnes per annum of LNG for 20 years.
