Shell’s $3Bln bid may give lead in CSG-to-LNG rush

Arrow Energy, already a partner of Royal Dutch Shell in the developing coal-seam-gas-to LNG business in Australia, said a company jointly owned by Shell and PetroChina made a take-over bid of more than US$3 billion.
