Spanish grid and LNG terminals firm Enagás buys stake in pipeline linking UK and Holland

Enagás, the Spanish natural gas grid and LNG network owner, has reached an agreement with the German utility Uniper for the acquisition of a 20 percent stake in the Dutch BBL Company, owner of a 235-kilometre (146 miles) gas interconnection linking the UK and the Netherlands.
