ABU DHABI NATIONAL Oil CO (ADNOC) is to acquire a 30% equity stake in the Absheron gas and condensate field in the Caspian Sea.
ADNOC, together with State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and TotalEnergies have agreed the deal.
