The Saudi Arabian Oil Company, Saudi Aramco, has completed one of the world’s largest ever energy infrastructure deals worth $12.4 billion with a consortium led by Washington DC-based EIG Global Energy Partners, an investor in LNG plant and feed-gas operators such as Cheniere Energy and Kinder Morgan.
