Tanzania Petroleum Development Corp, TAQA affiliate Rosetta Energy and the infrastructure investor Africa50 have signed a binding gas sales agreement (GSA) for East Africa LNG, Tanzania’s first LNG export terminal.

The national oil and gas company of the East African nation of Tanzania has signed an agreement to develop a small-scale LNG project to boost domestic gas use ahead of a planned large-scale LNG export project.
