QatarEnergy Chief Executive Saad Sherida Al-Kaabi has spoken about liquefied natural gas deliveries and Red Sea shipping issues at the laying of a foundation stone for one of the world’s largest petrochemical complexes being built at Ras Laffan, site of Qatar’s liquefaction plant that is being expanded to make the Qataris world leaders in LNG production and exports.
