Kosmos Energy, the US company based in Dallas with plans for floating LNG projects offshore the West African states of Senegal and Mauritania, saw its net losses widen in the first quarter as it continued to develop its joint venture with BP of the UK.
Jacobs Engineering Group of the US was selected by BP to provide engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) services for Phase 2 of the Khazzan Gas Project in the Sultanate of Oman that has already helped the nation on the Arabian Peninsula to revitalize its LNG exports.
