ENN Group, the leading non-state energy company in China with LNG and city-gas assets, reported an increase in annual revenues and profits as its reach extended to 18 more large towns and cities in 2020.

PetroChina, the Hong Kong-listed arm of China National Petroleum Corp., reported a more than 60 percent drop in nine-month profits as pipeline natural gas and LNG imports continued to be loss-making.

China National Offshore Oil Corp. (CNOOC), a large holder of Chinese LNG import capacity, raised its year-to-date domestic natural gas production to 311.3 billion cubic feet from 250.6 Bcf in the same nine-month period last year as the nation overhauls the ownership structure of its terminals and pipeline system, offering third-party access.
