PNG LNG ships 24 cargoes

April 17 (LNGJ) - The Papua New Guinea LNG plant operated by ExxonMobil shipped 24 LNG cargoes during the first quarter of 2015.  The shareholders in the PNG plant in addition to ExxonMobil include Santos of Australia, Australia-listed OilSearch, JX Nippon Oil of Japan and the PNG Government. The shareholders earlier in 2015 confirmed plans to develop a third liquefaction Train to add to the 6.9 million tonnes per annum of capacity from the first two Trains started up in April 2014.
