June 13 (LNGJ) - The 213,530 cubic metres capacity Q-Flex carrier “Al Shamal” is scheduled to discharge a cargo on June 17 at the UK Dragon import terminal in the port of Milford Haven, according to shipping data. The cargo was lifted on May 29 from the Ras Laffan export plant in Qatar and will arrive in the UK with National Balancing Point market prices at the equivalent of around $18 per million British thermal units.

Another LNG carrier, the “Rudolph Samoylovich” with 172,000 cubic metres of capacity, is traversing the North Sea carrying a cargo from the Yamal LNG plant in Russia, the data showed. The shipment was loaded onto the Bahamas-flagged vessel on June 8 at the Sabetta export terminal in northern Siberia.
