Japanese energy supplies have returned to normal after the Hokkaido Eastern Iburi Earthquake that struck a month ago and damaged an oil refinery while demonstrating the resilience of LNG and gas-fired infrastructure as well as the nation’s only small-scale liquefaction plant.
