Total and Pavilion Energy to develop jointly an LNG bunkering hub in Port of Singapore

French energy major Total and Pavilion Energy, the company owned by Singapore wealth fund Temasek, have signed an accord to jointly develop an LNG bunker supply chain in the Port of Singapore.
