West African floating LNG projects put on fast track after Senegal-Mauritania accord signed

Kosmos Energy, the US company developing floating LNG projects offshore West Africa with BP of the UK, said the governments of Mauritania and Senegal had signed an inter-governmental cooperation agreement to enable the cross-border Tortue natural gas field to continue moving forward.
