LNG Canada, the export project proposed for British Columbia by Royal Dutch Shell and partners PetroChina, Japan's Mitsubishi Corp and Korea Gas Corp, said it had short-listed two engineering, procurement and construction contractors as it tries to keep the venture on track in the midst of regulatory challenges.
