Canadian gas province sends delegation to Asia on Jan 20 with orders to only whisper LNG

British Columbia Premier John Horgan leaves on January 20 for a 10-day tour of China, South Korea and Japan with a trade delegation amid a coalition partner threat to bring down his government if liquefied natural gas proposals are put to Asian nations.
