LNG equipment-maker Air Products buys Shell coal gasification unit to help China business

Air Products of the US, the leading LNG equipment maker and technology company, has agreed to purchase Royal Dutch Shell’s Coal Gasification Technology business as well as Shell’s patent portfolio for liquids residue gasification.
