US Transco pipeline owner says five expansions in 2017 enabled it to meet needs during freeze

Williams Partners, the US natural gas pipeline, said it delivered a record amount of natural gas during the frigid weather on its Transcontinental (Transco) interstate gas pipeline, the nation’s largest, providing supplies to gas distribution companies and power generators from South Texas to New York City - made possible by five pipeline expansions executed in 2017.
