German firm and partners achieve first gas from project in LNG-producer nation Algeria

German exploration and production company Deutsche Erdoel AG (DEA) said an Algerian natural gas consortium has started output from four out of six gas fields in the Reggane Nord project in the Sahara desert in the southwest of the North African country.
