Environmental activism takes British Columbia from $100-billion LNG Prosperity Fund to welfare

The latest policy speech of British Columbia provincial Premier Christy Clark reflected the Canadian federal government’s rejection of a large-scale LNG export industry as it was dominated by issues of welfare and lack and jobs - unlike previous speeches referring to a new clean-energy dawn and a $100 billion LNG Prosperity Fund.
