US Sabine Pass LNG plant moves ahead on Train 4 completion and seeks flaring modification

The US Sabine Pass LNG export project is moving ahead with the completion of its fourth Train and has received permission from staff at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission to introduce natural gas and refrigerants as part of the production process.
