Canadian government makes point of praising permit for small-scale LNG export project

The small-scale Canadian LNG export project backed by Indonesian billionaire Sukanto Tanoto and his Pacific Oil and Gas company has had its 40-year export licence to ship cargoes to Asia approved by the federal government in Ottawa.
