Italy’s Enel completes Sicily LNG project buy-out

Enel, the largest Italian power company and third-biggest in Europe, said it completed its acquisition of a 90 percent stake from another Italian company, Nuove Energie, in a liquefied natural gas terminal planned at Porto Empedocle on the island of Sicily.
