US-based energy developer, Polar LNG is seeking approval to purchase discounted equipment from NOVATEK’s sanctioned Russia’s Arctic LNG 2 project to support the construction of an LNG export plant in Alaska, according to Reuters quoting company CEO, Joel Riddle.
