Energy companies to look at South Africa’s LNG needs

In a move that could reshape South Africa’s energy landscape, local energy companies, Eskom and Sasol have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to explore and research future LNG requirements. 

This project will also enable the country to find a solution for gas users who require longer term certainty of supply beyond this decade, the companies said.
