LNG

Lloyd’s Register (LR) has granted an Approval in Principle (AiP) to Samsung Heavy Industries (SHI) for an 174,000 cu m LNGC design.

Under the agreement, SHI will carry out the design for the LNGC and LR will provide the review of the shipbuilder’s deliverables and technical advice for further design development.
