Shell and Russian institute contracted to design third Sakhalin liquefaction Train

Royal Dutch Shell subsidiary, Shell Global Solutions, and Giprogazcenter, a design institute in Russia, were awarded the design contract for the third liquefaction Train at the Sakhalin Island LNG plant in the Russian Far East.
