Canadian Atlantic Coast province of Newfoundland plans LNG project using associated gas from oil fields

The Canadian Atlantic Coast province of Newfoundland and Labrador has launched a liquefied natural gas export project backed by provincial Premier Andrew Furey and two First Nation groups of native North Americans and proposing to use gas previously reinjected during offshore oil production.
