Shell exits Permian Basin with $9.5Bln sale to ConocoPhillips of assets in US LNG feed-gas region

Royal Dutch Shell, whose oil and gas business includes annual sales of 60 million tonnes per annum of LNG, has reached an agreement for the sale of its interests in the US Permian Basin to ConocoPhillips for $9.5 billion in cash.
