Kinder Morgan, the US pipeline company and stakeholder in liquefied natural gas projects in Georgia and Mississippi, has started full commercial services for its $2-billion Permian Highway Pipeline bringing associated gas from West Texas to the Gulf Coast for use by industry and exporters.
