Scottish engineering reputation hit by failure of project to deliver LNG-powered ferries on time

A chill wind is blowing through the long-standing Scottish engineering Hall of Fame after the nation failed in its efforts to construct its first LNG-powered ferries on time and on budget and most of those involved in the much-delayed project have been severely criticized by a Government report.
